To reset your garage door opener keypad all you have to do is press the learn button located at the back or sides of the motor unit of your electronic garage door opener.

After pressing the learn button you will see an led light steadily glowing for about 30 seconds. Press and hold the arrows button the number 6 button and the prog button. Press down both of these buttons simultaneously for about 5 seconds. Locate the button labeled program on the top of the wireless keypad along with the up down button on the bottom.

Enter new pin prog the red led light on the keypad will blink slowly 2 5 times and go out. Erase the old pin. Hold down prog 6 up dwn the red led light on the keypad will go out. When it has been reset successfully the led on the keypad will blink twice and the entire device will go dark.
